Hi how to activate sendinblue acounte?
Just follow the steps!
Unfortunately, your "Transactional emails" are not activated because your Sendinblue SMTP account is not active. Please send an email to email@example.com in order to ask for SMTP account activation
i got that error message prior to my email activation
just send the email and it will done for you
how can I activate the Sendinblue account because they did not send me the code
you should go send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org they will help you out, that's what I did
After receiving the following error message;

Then I sent the email as per the instruction, then I got the following message:
Thank you for your patience!
Your request "Requesting SMTP account activation" (#2929633) has been updated. To give us some more details, please respond to this email.

After reviewing your account, we are unable to move forward with activating SMTP/transactional for your account.
Each new account undergoes a series of electronic and manual reviews that thoroughly analyze it to determine if our services would be a good fit for the potential customer. We do this to ensure that new accounts comply with our terms of service and also to ensure that the user is in a position to be successful using Sendinblue. If an account is not approved by either the electronic or the manual review, I am afraid that we are unable to move forward with validation.
This is because your account has unfortunately failed one of our security processes. Due to the potential vulnerability it can create, I am unable to provide anymore details regarding which process you failed within our system.
In such circumstances If we allow emails, this will directly impact the reputation of our shared infrastructure causing email delivery issues to our existing customers. Hence we have to deny your account.
We apologize for the inconvenience and want to let you know that this is not a judgment on your business. Rather, we've tried working with similar clients in the past and the experience was not very pleasant.
We really wanted to work with you but as per our company norms, we will not be able to move forward. We are really sorry it couldn't work out between us and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
