Born on November 28, 1982, Alan Michael Ritchson is an American actor, model, singer, composer, and producer.
Between the fifth and tenth seasons of The C.W. superhero series Smallville (2005–2010), when he guests starred, he made his acting debut as Aquaman / Arthur Curry.
Ritchson rose to fame after playing Thad Castle on the Spike TV sitcom Blue Mountain State from 2010 to 2012, a part he also played in the 2016 follow-up movie.
