English Fluency Required / Arabic is a Bonus

Hi, I am hiring an assistant my my local media company in Dubai. You will be working closely with myself and my team to help locals find great experiences + assisting myself personally when in the city. (Organising meets, dinners, admin, etc)

You will be 100% remote, and work hours are completely flexible.

Main Task 1: You will be managing our social media inbound messages + repurposing our content across groups to build audience.

Repurposing written content into social media posts for insta, tiktok, YT, snap, and repurposing across facebook groups, and reddit forums.

Main Task 2: You will be managing inbound and outbound sponsors and relationships

You will be doing outreach and helping me build a network of PR professionals across all sorts of companies in Dubai. You will be helping me build collaborations across the city for our newsletter audience, our website and our social media.

Great written and spoken English is required, with Arabic as a bonus.

Experience with social media management, content repurposing as well as outreach/relationship building and PR is valued.

I’m looking for you if you are at the beginning of your career and you are passionate about building a media business.

You will be offered a significant revenue-share of the business, so of course I’m looking for someone who is interested in entrepreneurship, thus I’m only hiring from our MBS community.

Graduates of the masters in digital marketing will be considered first.
