The specialization covers: Course 1 – Organization Design: Know Your Organization, where ou will learn to tackle your most important leadership challenge which is enabling your organization to deliver on its strategy; Course 2 – Organizational Behaviour: Know Your People, you will learn to  arrange of concepts, theories, and methods to optimize your working environment and you will see your ability to manage and lead people in a flat team driven context is paramount to achieve success; Course 3 – Adapt Your Leadership Style – transformation, unique and inclusive leadership is the more powerful alternative to autocratic job focus and controlling leadership styles, in this course you will examine these tensions and how to eradicate behaviour like cynicism, apathy, and disentanglement from the workplace through this leadership style; and in Course 4 – Visionary Leadership, Identity, and Motivation: Becoming a meaning maker, to construct a compelling vision which will create meaning for the employees and make work more meaningful and how this will motivate employees to follow you and hour vision.
