Inclusive leadership: The power of workplace diversity

This is a beginner level course in English with subtitles in 4 other languages. In today’s business world and society is very focused on diversity and inclusion on a global scale. This course will prepare you to develop inclusive cultures where people will feel valued and respected. You will study how leaders employing these processes use social influence to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
