SumaCRM, a short how-to guide

Click on the "+" icon at the top-right menu to create a new contact and fill in the client information like “Name”, “Organization”, "Phone no.", "Email", "Website", and any other detail you'd prefer to add. Once done, click on accept, and the contact will appear in your list.

To start negotiation, open the relevant contact and click on “Negotiations”. Once done, enter the title and description. You can also add a note under the negotiation card to guide the assigned representative through the sales process.

Click on “Tasks” to access the activities related to your clients and contacts. Here, you will see each task categorized according to its urgency level. Check the right-hand side of the screen to filter the entries by different parameters.

Click on the “Opportunities” tab to access the leads and move them onto the next phase depending on the client's interest. Click on the “+” icon to add a new lead in the sales funnel. Check the top-right corner and click on the Settings icon to personalize the sales funnel according to your comfort. This option is only available for the administrator and account owner.

Click on "Emails" to view all the received mails from your integrated Gmail account in one place. SumaCRM automatically marks potential opportunities so that you don’t miss out on a client.

Click on “Reports” to view the sales and analytical reports created by other users. You can filter this section by choosing the parameters from the left side of the screen.

Click on your profile icon to change user settings or update the billing details for your account.
